Brian Shepler: Entrepreneur, business owner, real estate investor and management executive with over 30 years in software development. Began as a software developer for several large corporations, evolved into self-employed developer/consultant and ultimately into a seasoned business owner and executive. Developed leadership and analytical skills in business strategy, team building, recruitment. Firm believer in building sustainable cash-flowing companies and putting people in positions where they can succeed. Co-founded a SaaS business in 2003, sold in 2021. Currently pursuing real estate investments and building blockchain focused software companies.
Yale Hamrick: Full time Real Estate Investor in Dallas/Fort Worth. He’s been investing in real estate full time for over a decade. He specializes in Single Family Rental properties. He started his investing career with little money a few years after his military service in the Navy. He has perfected the BRRRR method of acquiring properties, and currently owns a multimillion-dollar+ rental portfolio. He believes bitcoin is the future of investing and sees similar traits to building a rental portfolio and bitcoin, specifically bitcoin mining. He is heavily invested in crypto, specifically bitcoin and Bitcoin/GPU mining.
Sohail Hassan: Professional and founder/managing partner at MarketSpace Capital, a private equity real estate investment and development firm located in Houston, Texas. His past achievements include success as an entrepreneur in the emerging renewable energy sector as well as extensive experience working in Finance, Technology, and Commercial Real Estate. Before founding MarketSpace Capital, Sohail acquired and successfully exited several business ventures related to engineering and technology including Bovay Engineers, a Civil & MEP Engineering Design Firm originally founded in 1946.
