The Texas Blockchain Council (TBC) is entering a new chapter of growth for the digital asset and infrastructure industries. After six years of visionary leadership, Founder Lee Bratcher is stepping down as President to pursue a new professional opportunity. He will continue to serve the organization as a member of the Board of Directors.

New Leadership Appointments

• Giovanni Capriglione, President: A champion for innovation in the Texas House of Representatives, Capriglione has authored landmark legislation for digital assets and AI.

• Jessi Goostree, Executive Director: Formerly the TBC’s COO, Goostree brings nearly two decades of financial services expertise, including her previous role as VP of Digital Assets at Fidelity Investments.
